I deeply admire Matt Walsh, I think he has been blessed with wisdom. I can only say what I see from him but based on how much he is hated i believe that he has lived a decent, dignified life, they haven’t been able to find anything on him.

Matt Walsh is a perfect example of how one can become an excellent researcher and effective, articulate communicator with a high school education. The difference between Matt and most of us is he actually took full advantage of high school and gained a meaningful education from it.
I'm pretty sure that there were several of our founding fathers that had only the equivalent of a HS education..... Don't quote me on that, and I'd have to actually look that info up.
Nah, the difference between Matt and most people is that Matt understood the most basic truth of life which is that you can read books _on your own_ and you don't need a fancy academic institution to learn things. There are so many skills and talents, many of them highly useful for jobs and careers, that you can absolutely learn yourself on your own time without some university charging you thousands of dollars to learn it. Millions of hours worth of books, videos, tutorials, guides, and instructions on basically every subject you can imagine, all right there at your fingertips, and all you need to do is pick them up and look at them yourself.

Any one of the founders would absolutely demolish even the smartest among us today in a debate. Their knowledge of history alone, never mind any other subject of which they were also well-read on, was impeccable. It's even more impressive when you consider they didn't have TV, or email, or internet, so everything they knew they had to have actual books on and read all of them thoroughly to the point they knew them by heart.

I’ve had a lot of conversations with folks on the left. Often about three questions in they begin to not want to talk about it. If the position you’re taking is indefensible within a minute of the conversation starting, it’s not a great position.

The guy just sat there in stunned silence not knowing how to escape until he finally ran shivering behind the shield of "We're the only ones who ask questions at this hearing." Not the world, the US and Europe. There's no trans or gays in Muslim countries, China, N Korea, or probably even Russia. If they come out, they disappear. I started taking steroids at 22. After learning about the potential sterility that can occur from using them, my 22 year old brain decided it wasn't a big deal because I was sure that I would never want kids. 4 years later I became Catholic, stopped taking steroids and started taking recovery drugs like HCG in a desperate attempt to undue the potential damage I had done to myself from years of testosterone injections. My view of wanting children did a complete 180°. Thanks be to God, my wife is currently pregnant with our first (hopefully of many). I can only imagine how painful it will be for these kids in 10 years when they snap out of the delusion and realize that it really is too late for them and the damage is done.

I just saw the Forbes video in which they tried calling children mutilation as "Gender-Affirming Treatments For Minors" and then they turned off the likes, dislikes and comments. The very definition of cowardice and criminality.
Forbes videos seem to be very pro-conservative. Not sure why they turned off comments, but it might be that RUclips is cracking down.
I’m glad Matt’s out here doing this because watching that hours long committee discussing whether or not we should MUTILATE CHILDREN made me realize that I would not be at all capable of his level of stoicism. You know, I’m kind of wondering if Libs of TikTok tried doing the same thing with Boston’s Children Hospital as they did with DC Children’s hospital which supposedly proved that hospital would allow itself to do hysterectomies on minors (my uncle, who works in the medical community says that those phone operators aren’t real experts or professionals and that they can get a lot of stuff wrong even though m, according to Wikipedia, thy same hospital literally had it on their website that thy could provide “gender affirming” hysterectomies to people ages 0-21 before taking it down claiming it was in error even though I don’t know if we have proof thy ever did “gender affirming “ hysterectomies to people that young also my uncle is not left wing so don’t bash him please) but thy it failed and thy didn’t get the response they wanted so we never got to see that recording 🤔

How is he a scholar? As someone who actually is a scholar, I can tell you that Matt is definitely not one. He certainly is not an expert of his field. I am curious where his Phd or Masters degree is. I have heard him make several mistakes that people in a beginning psychology class learn not to make. I will say that I can tell he is intelligent, however he makes mistakes that could easily be avoided if he had some education.

I went to college in my 30's in the 70's and was continually shocked by the level of ignorance of the younger students. They did not even know things I had learned in grammar school. I had a sociology teacher who praised the criminal corporation Nestle for pushing formulas on African women who had limited incomes and unsanitary water sources as "improving" their lives by telling them that their baby formula was superior to breastfeeding! As you said, it's not about how much education you pay for, as most students are going simply for a career, not for knowledge.. I think I know more about health care and nutrition than most (probably all) drs I've ever known, even though it was not what I studied - because I read about it, via a library's worth of books. I'm interested in the subject of health care. I have managed to heal myself of a serious illness for $20.00 after drs. just repeatedly treated me with antibiotics and no cure. Same with my daughter when she was a baby and even healed my cat of diabetes through diet., in 2 months. ..Ater paying $200/month for insulin for a 12 lb. cat! I just finished reading "Bechamp or Pasteur" which describes Pasteur as a charlatan and fraud (book written in 1943). But he sounds like nothing so much as the Fauci of his day.. Doctors just went to school to learn how to dispense drugs. You might also say you have as much education as Bill Gates. And it would be interesting to find out what kind of grades he got in H.S. as I get the impression he's the kind of person whose best talent is exploiting the gifts of his betters, but lack the money he - and his parents before him - inherited and used to support their own delusions of superiority with their involvement with the American Eugenics Society, supporters of the other side in WW2. I'm not a Republican, not a conservative, not even a Christian. But I listen to you because you make sense and are obviously intelligent. I used to vote democrat, never Republican but my head is still spinning from how quickly the dems switched from the party of the working class to the party supporting fascism.
